relief is beginning in the Bahamas.

A new forecast out tonight shows Doryn's eye passing just 45 miles off of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

It's hammering the coast with its 105 mile an hour winds unleashing destructive tornadoes as well. The streets of Charleston

are flooded with up to 15 inches of rain forecast for the Carolinas and a storm surge

up to 7 feet high.
