Tonight, as Donald Trump's former vice president considers talking to the January 6th investigation,

his former lawyer testifies before in Atlanta Grand Jury, and his longtime CFO prepares to plead guilty

and turn on the Trump organization. But despite the president's considerable legal woes,

he can't seem to find any qualified attorneys to represent him.

But we start tonight with mounting investigations into the former president of the United States.

After last night's election, Wyoming, Donald Trump appears poised to gain some allies in Congress.

But it comes as Trump is quickly losing friends, basically everywhere else.

Today, Trump's former vice president, Mike Pence, said that he would consider talking to the January 6th committee.

Just to stay on that, Jeremy, say, if they were to call you the committee to come and

testify, talk, would you be agreeable?

Well, if there was an invitation to participate, I would consider it.

Any invitation to be directed to me, I would have to reflect on the

unique role that I was serving in as vice president. There was ever any formal invitation rendered to us.

We'd give it due consideration.
