from how you got involved in real estate and real estate investing please yeah you bet so I

started out basically as a full-time student I was going to university and I knew that I wanted to get into real estate so I got my real estate license.

That was back in 2007. One of the mentors that I met with he gave me some really insightful advice.

And I live in a mountainous region where there's lots of mountains around

and he said, if you go to the top of a mountain
