Lorraine. Oh you mean the Lorraine. Oh, you mean the Lorraine. I got it. Very good. Lorraine, how are you?

I'm good. I feel like I haven't seen you in ages because we've both been so ding dang busy with everything

that's going on in the Marvel Universe. What have you been up to?

How are more things? Did you move? We haven't moved yet, but work is rolling on my house. The contractors are going in there.

Today after we finished recording, I got to go to the house and talk to our electrician because he's

putting in line so I can have a dishwasher.

Lorraine, I haven't had a dishwasher ever in my life?

Really?

City life, that's why. Well even when we were growing up we I don't remember us having a dishwasher. We couldn't afford one and now I bought a dishwasher and I was so excited and it's just sitting in the garage in the new house waiting for it to get installed.

Not that I can actually, we're not living there yet, but they're doing that and just like everything is coming together.

Our house was built in the 1920s and it is so sturdy and like well

built and so it yeah everything's concrete right? Oh my god it prick and it's plaster and

like all this really like nice material and it's really well done but they have we have hardwood floors like really beautiful hardwood floors that are original and they were covered by carpets so I've ripped up the carpets over the last month and so this past

weekend our flooring guy came in and he sanded them and it was just like it's like

you take off this top layer of of gunk and it's these beautiful floors.

I can't wait.

It's going to be so good.
