One of the things that Julian and I have been talking about a lot right now because I just

0:03.0

turned 40 a few months ago is never settling and I don't mean never settling like you always have

0:09.9

to be PRing and this and that but always growing in some way always still seeking out some discomfort

0:17.6

and trying to be a little bit better in one area or another all the time. It's not about perfectionism

0:24.3

or anything like that but I think just trying new things and improving whether it's like

0:30.8

one area that I could improve another area is like I could eat more vegetables so just never

0:36.0

never settling and that's in relationships and education and all of that.

I think most of my listeners know who you are but Miranda has a background in CrossFit from many

1:28.5

facets competing at the CrossFit Games as an individual and as a member of Team NorCal. She also

1:35.6

is one of the very few CrossFit level 4 trainers that exist in the world a former seminar staff

1:41.2

flowmaster working over 300 seminars and has played various roles as well on the CrossFit

1:47.0

media and broadcasting teams. But these days she's also probably better known as the CEO of

1:53.2

Street Parking which is an at-home workout community that she co-founded with her husband Julian

1:58.2

and a mom to three young boys. So we have a whole lot to catch up on. I can't remember when the

2:03.6

last time is that we were together but most likely one of those maybe last CrossFit Games that

2:09.9

we both competed in. So a lot has happened since then so thank you for taking the time. I'm
