which is a larger island off the west coast of Scotland.

It's a dear place to me.

I think I went to Iona the first time when I was in my mid-30s maybe and it's a special place and there's millions of people around the world who

have visited Iona who would say likewise and you'd probably get as many explanations for why it feels special as there are people who visited it.

It just has an atmosphere and there's something that I've touched on before in these haunting stories and I will touch on again and it's here in Iona and it's the idea that

there are thin places in the landscape which is a way of expressing that sense that a person

sometimes picks up on in certain locations where they seem to be close to something else
