Hi everyone, fellow travellers, this is an opportunity for another conversation with an

an interesting if not inspirational figure in this instance it's Nick Hudson

Nick Hudson has become a friend of mine in that strange way that has been unfolding for a lot of us over the last few years,

meeting unexpected people and finding common, you know, finding a common cord. Nick is technically a private equity

investor, a man of finance, a man of business, but I find these introductions to my interview

guests increasingly difficult to do because the fact is whatever they were in the world of

before, the way in which I have been drawn into their orbits is because it's

not I'm not interested in what they do for a living it's because we find a common

bond in being equally confused about what's happened and equally determined

to find paths leading out.

So with that in mind, I think, you know, I'll invite Nick Hudson just to maybe give us a hello Nick and

you know do you get what I mean by that it's not really about what we were before all this kicked off it's

about who we are now.
