Okay, let's go off in search of something strange.

Hi everyone. Today's episode of hauntings is, well, it's the big grey man of Ben McDewy, which is probably my favourite title. It's so atmospheric. Ben McDuey is one of the Monroe mountains of Scotland.

The Monroes are the mountains that are classified and are part of a big club on account of being more than 3,000 feet high.

Ben McDewy is actually the second tallest of the mountains of Britain, never mind in Scotland.

It's second only to Ben Nevis and only by about 100 feet.

And it's a haunted mountain.

There's just no two ways about it.

There's been too much testimony over the years for there to be any denying that it's a place that many people find haunted.

Once upon a time, the mountains of what is now Scotland would have dwarfed the Himalayas. In their day, in their pomp, they would have

been taller than the Himalayas, but they're old now.
