Summary

In the middle of the night on November 10, 2012, an explosion wreaks havoc in a quiet neighborhood in the Indianapolis suburb Richmond Hill. The blast is so powerful that it moves the needle of an earthquake sensor 26 miles away. The massive explosion destroys homes and takes lives. But this is no accident. As they pick apart this insurance fraud gone wrong, investigators close in on suspects Monserrate Shirley and her conman boyfriend, Mark Leonard. When the law closes in, Leonard calls for more violence. (Original television broadcast: 8/14/17)
