And welcome back, folks, to another edition of the Michigan Basketball Insider.

Actually, NCAA Tournament Edition, which is obviously a regular thing for this basketball program.

But it's little in doubt this season is Michigan dropped that game, a game they

should have won against Indiana, 17 point lead, squandered it, just a total collapse for a team

that with veterans on it and it seemingly turned the corner when it came to how anemic we'd seen we'd seen them be at

times just struck in the same game it was really the tail of two halves in the lost

Indiana but fortunately the committee was convinced that this was a tournament team before that game

that bore out in on selection Sunday where Michigan wound up being an 11 seed

facing Colorado State. So we will talk about all of that with a gentleman who wore the uniform

played at a high level, a first round draft pick, NBA vet, 10 years in the game, went on to be

one of the best basketball commentators in the land.

I always finish off by saying, but he's my guy who just had a birthday, by the way.
