Hey everyone, welcome into another edition of the WojPod, the self-isolation edition.

That's where I am.

That's where my family is.

That's what we're going to be.

For some time now, I hope that you and your family, your friends, you're practicing

and taking the same precautions for

yourself, for our communities, for our country, for this world, I hope you're doing the same.

And it is even a different world since my last podcast, since we were playing NBA games last week.

But obviously that has changed.

A lot's changed and a lot more is going to change.

And there are harder days ahead for everybody.

See in my Twitter feed that the governor of West Virginia is encouraging people to go to grocery stores.

If you want to go to Bob Evans and eat, go to Bob Evans and eat.

I would suggest in my limited medical expertise, do not go to Bob Evans to eat or any other restaurant to eat, to stay home, to just do the minimum amount,

have the minimum amount of contact with anybody outside of your isolation.

And let's flatten the curve of this coronavirus.

It is incumbent for everybody, for your family, for those who are among the most vulnerable

weakest in all of our communities and those who would be impacted by the stress of

hospital overloads.

There will be, they may come a time when people with other needs are. of hospital overloads.

There will be, they may come a time when people with other needs, those won't be able to met based on the strain caused by the coronavirus.

So that's why it's our responsibility to limit our exposure, limit, limit this virus and try as a country and as part of a bigger world to
