0:06.6	You have your OIC, who's can be the director or can be a producer,
0:11.2	then you have a platoon chief that's a director.
0:13.4	He's the one cracking a whip that's saying, hey,
0:15.5	the OIC wants us to get this job done or the CEO wants us to get this job done.
0:19.7	Let's go get this job and then you have all your different departments.
0:22.7	So, you know, like, you have the dive department or you have the breachers and you have the snipers,
0:27.2	you know, the director is telling the costume department, hey, this is your job.
0:30.6	Here's my vision. Here's what I want things to look like to be like.
0:33.4	You have the production designer, you have the script supervisor, you have the writer,
0:36.8	you have all these different jobs.
0:38.2	And the director is essentially trying to get everybody on the same line
0:41.6	so that that vision that he or she is trying to create along with the producer comes to fruition.
0:45.4	So, all it is is essentially a seal platoon, and that's why I wanted to teach myself
0:50.5	screenwriting and teach myself directing.
0:52.4	If you achieve this also a corpsman, this also a J-Tack,
0:56.1	that's also a sniper, you're going to go in every op.
