my heart really goes out to the people who are experiencing so much hardship in North Carolina and also along the Florida, Gulf Coast, and so many other places in the

world. I recorded this series during the pandemic. You'll hear me mention the pandemic a few times, but it's not really about

the pandemic. It's about dealing with a crisis or a type of upheaval in your life.
