I was a troubled teen, I would say. I wasn't like one of those like troubled teens,

0:42.3

drugs, alcohol and like suspension type teens, but like emotionally troubled. Like I didn't

0:47.9

have a good relationship with my mom. In that time frame, we didn't get along. I was always in my

1:41.2

I don't want to label it. I know that's one of your things. Like we shouldn't label teens, but that's how the society labels us, right? So before we dive in, I have Melanie here today, Dr. Melanie McNally.
