Say hey Josh. Hello, everybody. Hello, hello. Hello. So I had to ask Josh to come on the podcast because,

and we'll get right to it, but Josh lives in Shanghai. He moved out there to work for

We Work, which is epic. And we'll talk about that a little bit too. But he has already been

through the whole coronavirus chabang. The quarantine, the lockdown, the everything, and since we're all in need

of some more hope or an optimistic view of the future and just some clarity on what the entire

experience is like, I thought it'd be great to have him on for a big conversation, all about the

coronavirus, all about lockdown and all about quarantine because Shanghai and China,

they're opening again as far as I can tell, right, Josh?

Yes, we're open for business. Open for business, which is what we are anticipating

whenever America gets around to it. So Josh and I know each other because when I lived in Providence, when I was a student at Brown,

he, what were you exactly, like the resident manager? Yeah, so I was the property manager

for 257 there. Yeah, so my apartment complex and we were instant besties,

adore him.

And yeah, we haven't connected actually in a while because then you took this amazing job

at Wework and Shanghai and how is that?
