I am such a fan of her in general ever since I watched her on the wonderful

Netflix series Song Sunset and I know a lot of you have probably remembered her from

the show and maybe you know her through real estate.

But without further ado, I want to introduce you guys to Devina. Welcome to the show, Devina.

I feel like I identified with you a lot when I was watching Sun set because you are truly a professional

and I just I am so excited to chat with you about you know just what got you into real estate because I don't know if anyone remembers but I mean I remember you saying that you had more than just your license to sell real estate

you were also in the brokerage side of things so I would love to learn about that like how you got into real estate and what led to like all of the you know the stuff that you took professionally.

Oh thank you so much. So my background is I went from Germany I moved here and

to go to Pepperdine University to study advertising.

I got into modeling and when I was transitioning from modeling to real estate

I was initially just kind of getting my license to learn about real estate, you know, if and when I purchased what the process is and learn more about the details. But sort of by random coincidence a friend of mine was working for a big developer and

referred me over there. I thought it was going to be kind of a part-time job but it ended up being a job for a big developer and the Corcoran Sunshine

group out of New York was handling sales and marketing and so we learned from the very

best and that's what got me started with new development,

luxury new development condo sales in Los Angeles

and I worked for some of the most prestigious projects

in town like the Wisconsin Residences at LA Live and W Hollywood and many others including

projects in Beverly Hills on the Wisher Corridor and so on.
