3:05pm- Miami Mayor Francis Suarez has announced he will immediately suspend his Republican presidential campaign, writing on social media: “While I have decided to suspend my campaign for President, my commitment to making this a better nation for every American remains.”

3:10pm- According to Politico, Donald Trump raised $7.1 million dollars in the 48-hours following his Thursday evening surrender in Georgia—plastering the image of his already iconic mugshot on t-shirts, mugs, and other items.

3:20pm- Victor Nava of The New York Post writes, “The National Archives and Records Administration has admitted that it is in possession of nearly 5,400 emails, electronic records and documents that potentially show President Biden using a pseudonym during his vice presidency… NARA confirmed the existence of the trove in response to a June 2022 Freedom of Information Act request by the Southeastern Legal Foundation, a nonprofit constitutional legal group.” Nava continues: “The request sought emails pertaining to the accounts of Robin Ware, Robert L. 3:30pm- U.S. District Judge Alan Johnson has ruled against female sorority members from the University of Wyoming Laramie who sued after they were forced to admit a biological male into their sorority.

Funded with state tax dollars, the awards generally range between $5,000 and $10,000 per student. 4:50pm- Cancel Culture: Rock legend Alice Cooper has lost a brand partnership with Vampyre Cosmetics after condemning “gender affirming care” medical procedures being available to children.

5:05pm- Attorney James Jordan— Litigation Fellow at the Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression (FIRE)—joins The Rich Zeoli Show to discuss a Maine hospital which has sued a former employee and her 15-year-old son, after the publication of an op-ed critical of the hospital’s allegedly relaxed safety standards. 5:20pm- During Monday’s White House press briefing, Senior White House Adviser Stephen Benjamin was bizarrely asked if there was a connection between the Jacksonville shooting and Governor Ron DeSantis’ advocacy against “critical race theory” being taught in Florida public schools. Benjamin, perhaps just as outrageously, refused to deny that there could be a connection.

5:45pm- Republican candidate for president Vivek Ramaswamy called out Congresswoman Ayana Pressley for suggesting that skin color should determine how a person votes. While appearing on MSNBC with Joy Reid, Rep. Pressley doubled-down calling Republican rhetoric “dangerous.”

6:15pm- While speaking with Maria Bartiromo on Fox News, Speaker of the House Kevin McCarthy said of the House of Representatives’ investigation into alleged Biden family corruption: “If you look at all the information we have been able to gather so far, it is a natural step forward that you would have to go to an impeachment inquiry.”

6:20pm- Speaking with Dana Bash on CNN’s State of the Union, Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker (D) praised President Joe Biden’s economy. Meanwhile, Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) was hesitant to offer a full-blown endorsement.
