The NATO summit officially kicks off in a few hours in the city of Vilnius, Ukraine will

be the main focus of the two day meeting, but for a group that has been frankly stunningly

united since Russia's invasion.

There are public fractures in the alliance starting to emerge.

One's president Biden will have to fix over the next two days, mainly over the president's

decision to send cluster bombs to Ukraine's front lines, a weapon banned by more than

100 countries, including most of the allies who will be sitting around President Biden

at that table in Lithuania.

The world leaders will also have to decide when and how they will let Ukraine join NATO

and move President Biden until CNN cannot begin until the war is over.
