That is a very good evening to you. NATO is thinking of cognitive warfare. What is that?

Well, as commander defines it, it's cognitive warfare, it's an attempt

but foreign adversaries to influence how you make decisions,

not necessarily what you decide to do,

but the things, the emotions, and the instincts and urges that go into how you make decisions.

In many ways, it's a riff on Maoism that you find within diversity equity inclusion cults, whereby they can't really define cognitive warfare at the present time with specific concrete examples but they will tell you it's happening all the time everywhere every single day and that you aren't even aware that you are being targeted or that it may have an effect upon you

and that you need people like NATO to tell you what's happening and to monitor your

every thought and every action to make sure that you aren't being turned into a dupe of an enemy to do their bidding here on our domestic soil.

If you think about it, it reads almost like satire, John, the way that it's put.

And to me, when you start to read it, it becomes kind of, they kind of give the game away.

Because they start talking about who is susceptible to this.

And they don't talk about people who are alienated and disaffected on the left from democratic institutions or from their communities.

Now the real problem is populist, John.

Populists are the problem.

They are the ones who are susceptible to this cognitive warfare that's happening all the time and they don't even realize what's going on.

And so NATO is basically talking about setting out a, in implementing a concept and conceptualized plan to implement this concept

whereby they can't even tell you what it is but it's popular to the problem and we're going to have to be real close attention to them and only can achieve peace

through censorship by keeping an eye on these people. It sounds as if someone plagiarized
