Berlin in Paris certainly fundamental to the European Union success and to NATO success in Ukraine conflict.

Except over the last year,

there has been doubt now and again about Olaf Schultz, the Chancellor of Germany.

Is he committed?

His hesitation on sending weapons and other supplies to Ukraine early was noted.

And President Macron of France, he has been much on the phone we're told with Vladimir Putin.

Visit Mr. Putin early in the conflict.

So Germany and France are integral to this success of the Ukraine conflict unless I welcome Seth Cropsey.

Seth is a former naval officer and has written books about maritime security needs for the United States.
