Roman Space Telescope is a new Space Telescope big NASA project, a lot very expensive.

We're this inspector general court is kind of silly.

They say it's on budget and the reason it's on budgeted and the reason it's on budgeted

and on schedule the suspected general says is because NASA decided to predict ahead of time how much

it would be behind schedule and over budget at this moment.

So because NASA predicted that about two years ago, it's right on the prediction, but that's what it really is.
