Welcome back. Welcome back to Dear Gabby, my friends. Today I have such a great episode for you. It is a beautiful conversation with my new friend Naomi Watts and we talk about some very important

stuff which I'll get into and I'm just sitting here in my ISO booth just thinking about the last

few weeks and boy oh boy it has been a whirlwind. I hit the stage and I hit the TV shows

and I hit the road with my new book, Self-Help. This is

your chance to change your life. I've received incredible reviews from folks just coming up to me saying

that two days of reading this book was more than two years of therapy. Now, of course, this book

is about a therapy. It's not to take anything away from therapy, but that they had big

aha moments and just experiences from people saying that in a one minute of the four-step check-in

process from self-help, they experienced changes that they'd never felt in their life.

It's really beautiful to just see the book in people's hands and just witness their experiences.
