If you're a fan of movies and shows about the great events of the Bible, then you've seen your share of chariot races. Remember the one in Ben Hur? If the directors did their research, the chariots in those battle scenes were equipped with swords mounted on the axles of the wheels so they could cut down anything or anyone that got too close.

Well, with that picture in mind, let's turn to our lesson in Nahum, Chapter 1.

Those same kinds of battle chariots were used by the Meads to destroy the army of Nineveh,

which we'll learn about in this study.
