| 0:58.6 | run from day-to-day. But not only does it serve the purpose of holding food for a restaurant, it's often a place |
| 1:04.8 | where chefs and cooks go to kind of let off a little bit of steam. Maybe they're having a hard moment. Maybe they're even having a celebratory moment that they want to just kind of like, you know, get out of their system, but they can't do it right in the middle of the kitchen. |
