Hello and welcome again to Bible Mysteries podcast Mystery Mailbag. It's time to answer questions again from our listeners.

0:23.2

As you can see, I've got my mailbag hat on. And we're going to dive right into some of the

0:27.8

questions that you've been sending us through emails and through comments. We can't always get

0:32.3

to them quickly, and we're doing our best to catch up really still from a backlog as late as I guess September of this year.

0:41.0

So let's dive in. Our first question is from Kathy D. And Kathy writes, I've always thought it's strange

0:47.3

that God asked for Moses to remove his sandals when he was near Holy Ground. Always thought, well,

0:53.6

maybe God doesn't like dirty shoes, but kind of weird he would make a big deal ground. Always thought, well, maybe God doesn't like dirty shoes,

1:35.1

in the book of Acts. I don't know if it's supposed to be an energy transmission thing or not.

1:40.7

I suspect that's not necessarily the case because we know that, for example, at Pentecost,

1:47.3

the Holy Spirit filled them, and they all began to speak with other tongues, and we don't know

1:52.8

whether they were wearing shoes or not. No mention was made of it being holy ground or anything like

1:58.5

that. But one passage did come to my mind when you asked the

2:02.9

question, and this is what I did tie into it. Paul writes in Romans 10, verse 15, and how shall they

2:08.9

preach except they be sent as it is written? How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the
