barbecue, and welcome to the Thursday edition of the show.

Hope you guys are doing well.

We're talking Mississippi State basketball today and previewing their matchup with the Arkansas

Razorbacks coming to Starville on Saturday.

And it's not going to be as chilly of a Saturday as last Saturday was, which was miserable.

So I would assume there will be more people ready to be in the stands in Starville at the hump.

We're going to kind of talk about an overview of this basketball team.

Kind of going forward, we're talking a little bit about the Transfer Portal.

I think, think honestly there's

some interesting takes when it comes to both teams in the state of mississippi who are having worse

seasons than they did in 2020 you know 2025 uh with old miss and with mississippi state and both of

them are really for the same reasons, and it's missed

evaluations.

So we'll talk about what that kind of looks like.

I think there's an important thing to kind of clarify going forward that this is a very,

very important step, and it's one they cannot miss on.

And both teams have thus far, and that's the reason that they're in the shape that they're in.

I do think, however, and look, I know more about Mississippi State basketball than I do Ole Miss basketball, obviously,

but I know for Mississippi State there is a kind of light at the end of the tunnel with what's on the roster now

coming back for next season in terms of what was built through high school.

So we will look at that and more.
