0:06.8

Tuesday after Labor Day here, getting back from Napa Valley in a wedding that we attended this weekend.

0:13.7

Beautiful weather. Tough to beat, uh, wine country when the weather is very beautiful, even though I'm not a wine

0:19.3

drinker. Nice to see different parts of the world.

0:22.9

Even though we live relatively close, I had never been to Napa specifically and the

0:27.7

Sonoma Valley and kind of everywhere in between.

0:29.3

So kind of neat.

0:30.5

Anyways, this podcast, I'm going to keep it real quick, real simple.

0:33.8

This is just touching on one of the biggest, i guess volume of questions i get is on my training

0:40.7

specifically the stuff that we share in instagram is that all i do is what we what i normally do

0:46.8

uh people always ask hey you don't share a ton of you know loading and lifting stuff did you build

0:52.8

this body just on the stuff that you're showing us?

0:55.2

If I didn't, you know, do enough lifting, I would shrink down. How do you maintain all your muscle? XYZ. How tall am I? How much do I weigh? Things like that. So if I haven't touched on this another podcast, excuse me, I'm going to break down my kind of normally, my weekly training routine, if you will, my program, I guess.

0:53.1

And for the record, you guys, I'm six foot two, I'm two hundred and down my kind of normally my my weekly training routine if you will my my program i guess uh and

1:12.9

for the record you guys i'm six foot two i'm two hundred and fifteen to two hundred twenty five pounds

1:17.3

three sixty five depending on you know uh in pretty fucking lean you know for the most part i don't

1:23.4

i don't really veer off my uh my eating too much for you guys just kind of how I live, just for our, you know, photo and video obligations specifically with men's health and the other brands that I'm a spokesperson for and I work with, you know, they can kind of call, you know, on a drop of a dime, if you will. And if you look, you know, like a bag of shit, they probably won't call you again.

1:44.5

So at this point in my life, I still obviously get paid for what I look like. So it is, there's an external motivator there for me to keep the eating in check. But honestly, in all reality, I feel the best this way. I feel good leaner. I could probably get up to 240, you know, pounds is and probably look you know decent but that's a load man and especially when you start

1:45.3

doing things like pull-ups probably get up to 240 pounds-ish and probably look, you know, decent. But that's a load, man.

2:03.1

And especially when you start doing things like pull-ups and, you know, God forbid, you have

2:06.8

to run anywhere or going hiking, you know, 240 is a bigger load than 220 is for sure. So I feel good

2:13.1

this way. I feel good eating this way, training this way. And it's, you know, knock on wood,
