I am going to be doing this podcast by myself, my brother is not going to be here, he is

busy with a baby and coaching in the new gym and all those things, so he wasn't able

to join us, but I am very, very excited about this episode.

I was finally able to get my triathlon coach Natasha to come on.

We talked about her journey as far as how she became a pro triathlete and how she became

a triathlon coach, as well as just talking about the pitfalls that a lot of people seem

to make when it comes to, you know, just getting into endurance training and you know, things

like that.

I think it's a really good, well-rounded episode, I'm really excited for y'all to listen,

trying, that we've been wanting to do for a while, so I'm glad that we're finally able

to get it done.

So the first thing that I kind of wanted to talk about was your history as to how you

became a professional triathlete, I guess, is that that's probably the correct term.

And I know that if people listen to Nick Baer's podcast, they've probably heard a little

bit of this story, but I think your history to how you got to where you are is very interesting,

and I mean, we could literally do a whole podcast on that, but that's already been done.
