1:26.0	I wanted to say you know as we come to the end of the year what are you looking forward to as we get ready for

1:46.7	So this year I'm trying to implement something different and it's very interesting because I'm trying to use this time right now to implement my strategies for 2024 already because I noticed that when you start new new year resolutions even like at the end of December and beginning of January you're already kind of like
2:06.9	behind the game and to be on the top of your game and to be ahead of the game you should start early
2:12.1	start planning now and start implementing your new routine kind of slowly.
2:17.4	So in January, when everyone is doing their new year resolution, so dry January or whatever sweaty January like it was for me
2:26.4	so you already at the top of the game and you already kind of dive in your new routine
