0:24.9	term, but that's what it was. That's what it is. I'm still in the midst of it. And it's not
0:33.7	something that you go through and you talk about that those types of things that I shared on his show.
0:41.9	And then the response that comes from it is overwhelming to say the least.
0:48.8	So today what I, Jordy and I thought might be interesting for everybody is to just talk about the lead up to it,
0:58.1	the experience of going on it on his show, and then, you know, the feelings and kind of the
1:05.2	ability to look back on on what it was like and, and, you you know what's come out of it i mean uh to sit in
1:13.8	that chair for seven plus hours was was was was definitely a an ultra marathon so to speak of
1:22.3	of emotions um and you know come to think of it i mean jord Jordy and I were laughing. You know, if you look at the
1:31.8	timeline, we, you know, we got all the way my childhood and college and the first part of the
1:38.3	teams, you know, post-9-11, you know, the challenging combat deployment I had, a little bit of Blackwater,
1:46.1	definitely some of my time at the Central Intelligence Agency.
1:50.8	And then, you know, absolutely my beautiful bride and my wife, John and our family and our children.
1:58.9	But, you know, there was kind of wild. Jordie and John have both
2:03.7	brought this up afterwards. They're like, you know, damn, man, you essentially didn't even
2:08.2	talk about winning a World Series and working with all the teams and all the different
2:14.4	companies you've worked with and experiences you've had with athletes
2:17.8	and other people you've mentored and and you know that that whole thing didn't even come out.
