let's get started. Hi, everybody. I am so excited you join me today. I'm going to be talking about a recent parent fail

and a recent parent win. Now, we know parenting is not easy. It's full of wins and fails because

we are all human. You know, I think it's important, though, that we pay attention to our interaction so we can

continue to improve.

Let's be curious about what works and what doesn't.

So let's first start with my parent when because it just makes me feel better.

My youngest is really into Pokemon right now. And it's

something we do together, actually. So we'll play Pokemon Go. We'll go for walks together.

It's actually pretty fun. We had a plan trip to Target where I was going to get some groceries

and he was going to buy some

Pokemon cards with money he had earned. So I got our groceries, but unfortunately, that

target location was out of Pokemon cards. I mean, nothing was left but the boxes. He was pretty disappointed, understandably.

But it gave us a good opportunity to have a conversation about how disappointment can come up when we make plans.

He expected cards to be there.

He was going to buy them and leave, but that's not what happened.

So we talked about some plan A, plan B, and plan C goodness.

So my plan B suggestion was to go online and we're just going to order some.
