0:15.3	Hi, Dr. Laura. I'm glad that you're taking my call. I really appreciate it. You're welcome.
0:21.6	I'm calling because I, my mother, who was in a nursing home currently.
0:31.6	She, for the past maybe 14, 16 months or so, she has been in the hospital three times, and each time she goes in,
0:42.6	she is a little worse off than she was when she went in. She's been diagnosed with dementia,
0:49.0	and she has declined steadily over this period of time. My question is really about myself. I am the
0:59.9	executor of her state and have power of attorney for her, so I handle all her business, et cetera,
1:06.7	everything. What business is it that you handle? What are you handling? Well, she, I've gotten it down to
1:15.3	she has practically none now except for medical bills that need to be paid. But she did, at the time,
1:22.4	16 months ago, she was living in her own home with her sister, her and her elderly sister,
1:30.6	and she had rental properties that eventually got sold.
1:38.0	She was still a landlord, believe it or not, two years ago.
1:42.4	She's 88 years old.
1:44.7	Okay, so how can I help you today?
1:48.1	Okay, so I have this, ever since she started deteriorating and everything,
1:53.6	I started getting kind of stressed out, and I was thinking, oh, this is temporary.
1:59.3	When I get her settled somewhere, I'll be fine.
2:02.4	But I've continued to have that.
