That’s why as soon as he graduated high school, he began attending real estate seminars, got licensed at 21, and also bought his rentals. With some challenges in finances, he joined the Army in 2009 while keeping his rentals and house hacking right along the side. In 2016 he heard about LAND on a podcast and got hooked to it as his main hustle in the industry, eventually achieving success on it.
