are going to talk about something pretty serious today.

And that topic, I actually haven't even spoken directly to sister about any of this.

Abby and I, we have been in light conversation about this situation for the last couple

weeks at least. But what we're going to talk about today is something serious and

kind of sad, but really important and hard. And that's what we do here.

Because we talk about things that are important, even when they're hard or especially

when they're hard. So what we're going to do is talk about the fact that over

the holidays, I had a eating disorder relapse.

And that sounds way too simple for what happened and has been happening, but I

only have words to describe things so I can only use words.

So that is what happened over the holidays.

And I'm going to just try to use words, which is all I have to describe what I've

been going through for the last bit of time.
