Number one is that when you're fasting, if you're're intermittent fasting you know you it's very

important to eat so intermittent fasting can be used to lower your total calorie intake

but that will slow your metabolism down so what i try to coach coach people on is say when you

fast don't eat but then when you eat, eat.

And that actually keeps your metabolism up.

So there's two ways to increase your metabolism.

One is to eat, now there's the exercise.

Now if you want to lower your metabolism, then don't eat.

The thing that's beautiful about intermittent fasting is that you're not just lowering your calories

for an extended period of time, you're breaking it with eating.

So when people generally go through a phase
