First we intro ourselves, then we dedicate the episode and then we start the timer.

So I have been talking about systems for a long time

and the more often I talked

about systems the more often I realized we are not all using the same words every

time. Yeah, yeah there is different words with different definitions that I think we all use for different things.

Different reasons. So for the purposes of this episode, it feels vital that we give you four definitions.

The first is a routine. And a routine to me is a series of steps to complete a regular or reoccurring task.

And then we have a habit which is a task completed without or with little conscious thought or effort and there's a

schedule a time dependent outline of how long each step in a routine or habit will take

and then finally we have a system in a routine or habit will take.

And then finally we have a system which is the unification of routines, habits, and schedules

in a way that works for you and your family and its needs.
