I hear that you were feeling a bit sick. I think it's going around everywhere around the world.

You told me that you're feeling better. Things are looking up.

Yeah, feeling a lot better now. It happens. My sister and my nephews were sick a couple of weeks ago and

actually went to visit them in hospital because my my little baby nephew had to go

into hospital for a couple days.

So I think I most likely got it off them.

After that I went to, I had an event in Johannesburg

and then as soon as I came back from Johannesburg,

I got sick.

So I think my body realized that that was when I was allowed to.

So I took a couple days out, but I'm back on it now.

Well, I'm glad to hear it.

I have been suffering from a very nasty cough.

if I hope one day you have children you realize that from the age of about

when they first go into kindergarten till they get out of elementary

prepared to be perpetually sick because they're just virus machines and so once they got older I actually noticed that I was much healthier because I wasn't catching all the bugs that they were bringing you home.

I'm assuming that it is still within your big plan to have children.
