As this episode is posting, I am 24 hours away from my breast

explet. I freaking can't believe it. My name is Carla Marie. I've had breast implants for 10

and a half years and I am taking my silicone breast implants out. They are being evicted.

And this entire podcast miniseries has been about this process. I've had different guests on explaining

their stories. This whole explanting thing is relatively new for the most part. I talk a lot about

breast implant illness, which I know that I have, and it didn't really exist or wasn't really

spoken about before 2016. And at that point, I had my implants

in for three to four years. So this has been quite a journey, quite a learning experience.

But today, I'm not doing this episode by myself. I am having my boyfriend, my life partner, Anthony,

join. Now, Anthony is also my co-host for everything else that we do,

the Carla Marie and Anthony Show, The Morning Show podcast. We are business partners. We've known each other

for 15 years at this point. So I thought it would be fun to have him here to kind of interview me,
