And on the other side, what are questions that I ask when I'm an interviewer?

I'm most focused on ensuring that you can think in a logical way and you can think your way to an answer.

Like you don't need the right answer right away.

I just want to be able to see that you're able to go through that thought process and be dynamic and, like, humble throughout it.

Sometimes I'll ask questions like, tell me about a time when you had to trade off between speed and quality.

Or tell me about a time that you had a difficult deadline that was approaching. How did you

organize? How did you get stakeholder buy-in? Things like that. I'll also sometimes ask questions

about like, how would your teammates describe you? Do you think they would describe you accurately

to get a sense of what they're like and how they think? And so remember that interviews are two ways.

Like they really want you to

contribute equally, right? And so I've seen situations where folks are so focused in getting

their experiences across that they forget to engage in some of the questions that are a little

bit more future focused.

Yeah. focused. We have all heard the phrase, follow your passion, and everything will fall into place.

But I also can't help what to think of another very popular phrase, which is, some things are much easier said than
