Hey everybody, we're out of malware here and today we are going to be talking about

a variety of test and news.

We've got kind of a lot of small stories.

We've got Musk replying to Nizzo's request for FSD beta.

We've got some power disruptions causing some factory downtime in China.

We also have the EV tax credit becoming official and quite a few other stories to get through

so we'll hop right into it.

Final on the day to day did finish down 9.10% closing just below $920 per share while

the NASDAQ was down 2.10% so a little bit of an underperformance for Tesla on the day.

Despite the inflation reduction act now finally being passed into law.

As I expected today President Biden did sign that act in the law.

We're not really going to spend much time on that because as we have discussed on many

previous episodes, it is what it has been.

No major changes here at the last second or anything like that.

for the entire electric vehicle industry today still things that we kind of need to sort

through and learn from as we figure out exactly which vehicles are eligible based on their

battery components and battery materials, battery minerals, those are two requirements which

split the credit 50-50 and then of course there are the income requirements and everything

like that.
