0:52.0	category, unsolved but tantalizingly close to resolution.
0:58.0	Their story begins not with them, but with Mark Yagala, an investor who in August of 1999 was
1:05.2	secretly running a $50 million Ponzi scheme. During this time, he began dating playmate Sandy Bentley,
1:12.6	showering her with extravagant gifts, luxury cars, a mansion, and high-end jewelry. But in October
1:20.1	2000, Yagala was arrested, and Sandy was ordered to return the gifts. Desperate, she managed
1:27.2	to recover some of the jewelry.
1:29.2	And in September 2002, her new boyfriend, Michael Tardio,
1:33.7	arranged a meeting to sell it for $1 million in cash.
1:37.4	And he brought along his friend, Christopher Monson.
1:40.6	The next day, both men were found shot and burned into smoldering SUV.
