You know what right? I feel like sometimes I'm like I'm being overwhelmed with so much

information in that these days here. It's nuts for me like do does anybody feel like that?

Like sometimes there's this bare information and like it's hard to work out what I'm supposed to be taking in and what I'm not supposed to be taking in

Well this year's very bad. Yeah, it's quite easy.

20s being the year. Yeah, it's just like one thing after the next. I'm just trying not to look at the news and trying not to like look at

Twitter too much. There was a time that I spent so much of my time on social media that then I had to just like do a

proper detox because it was just it was like everything was just a lot. It's just like this year has been so much. We've been locked in our houses four months. Yeah.

Looking at our phones being triggered by all these things happening. It's like it's heavy. It's funny how like we look at

um like social media and that like food. Yeah, we need to need a detox. Me the cleansing. I need a cleansing. Yeah, it's crazy. I'm like I'm turning nine and I'm seeing all kinds of

some stuff that I see is proper good. Like I see like a lot of positive conversations being had some funny stuff. You know, like some people have been able to use this to like, you know, I don't know maybe

express their personality in a certain way. And then that's been good. Yeah, ticksy tick tock. You into tick tock. I've been watching it recently. Okay. Like Instagram is not for me anymore. Okay. I just find it quite toxic. And I find it like it's a highlight reel and you just see people's best best. And I think as a young woman

that can be precious sometimes. And I just don't want to put myself in a spot where I feel insecure. So then I go over to tick tock and I watch funny videos and into my mom. We have a great time. I love watching tick tock before

bad. It's yeah, that's the thing. Yeah, I feel like especially if you feel like kind of you know, the day. Like time does not exist anymore. I kind of feel like I get up. And then before I know the days

I was waiting in our houses pretty much all the time. And looking at four walls and thinking about when your next going to be able to get a hit. I

don't know. I'm going to like download the tip tock but then I was begging it because I'm like obviously I don't know. You know, like when you

just realized now this this one's not for me. I want to know that I was begging it. But that is on you because tip tock is

curated to you. So obviously going and watching trash things. Because if you're not happy with your

one. No, I saw good ones. Okay. But then it was like me doing it. I felt like I was begging it a bit.

The salad in savage. Which ones that one? I'm a savage. What is it? Something?
