Multivitamins are thought to be great additions to your diet, but research shows the opposite may be true.

In fact, one study finds a multivitamin may increase the risk of mortality. Other data shows a multivitamin may have little to no effect on your health.

First, the question, what is the association between long-term daily

multivitamin use and mortality in generally healthy adults? That is exactly what researchers wanted to know. So they looked at data from close to

And the results, well, this is what they put right at the top of their study.

They crunched a lot of numbers, interpreted a lot of data, and wrote the following.
