0:00.0	Hi there, I'm Kaytown, and on this edition of Mysterious Radio. Oh, The story which goes back into the early 1970s really when I started meditation and for a long time in it
0:41.2	I started meditating in 1969 and it started a regular regime of meditation and after about three years I had a very profound spiritual experience which put me into a completely
0:59.7	different truck and shortly after that I had my first out-of-body experience which occurred
1:07.5	completely spontaneous. I wasn't even sure what I experienced because I suddenly found myself outside of my parents home
1:17.5	80 miles away from where I was living and I was totally confused because I never heard about it. I never experienced anything like that and it was quite it is literally like a teleporting because I was in full consciousness,
1:38.0	full baking consciousness. Suddenly I found myself in a completely different place.
1:43.4	And the unnerving thing was I was fully awake
1:46.0	and at the same time I was fully aware
1:48.3	that I shouldn't have been there.
1:51.0	So to this thought I instantly was catapulted back into my bed in my hometown of
1:59.7	Beerfed and then I started getting very curious as well as very confused.
2:05.0	Soon enough I found out after a lot of research that what I had experienced was an out ofbody experience. And that made me very curious because I realized
2:16.8	for the first time there are different states of consciousness which I never paid any attention to.
2:25.0	Then I started looking more into it, I found a book by Kassaneda,
2:31.0	a separate reality which explains the phenomena and I became more and more
2:37.0	curious and more and more interested.
2:40.2	And as soon as I started investigating it, I, after reading a few other books by authors like Muldoon and
2:51.2	Carrington and Polingorf Fox, I became more confident in the phenomena and I started having these
2:58.0	out-of-body experiences on a more regular basis.
3:02.0	So that took about six months after I had my first out of body experience and
3:11.0	that went on for about 40 years after that.
