Last time we talked about Corona. And now that's still last year.

That's so last year. We've so moved past that. Yeah. We've acquired units. We've sold some units

and overall net we're ahead. but we'd love to hear kind of

the biggest thing we've been talking about is keeping and attracting talent. We'd love to kind of

hear how we've been navigating that with Rand and over the past since you've been here and kind of

how we've been doing it. Yeah, so we have reinvented ourselves several times when it comes to

hiring. Used to in the good old days, we'd pop an ad up

on Craigslist and hope for the best. And, you know, as long as they had one decent interview,

they were, they were ready to go. Probably about two years ago, we realized that that's not working

anymore. We weren't finding good people. We were struggling to find good talent. So we started

really vamping up our process. So Jake had read a book, wonderful book called Top Grading. And we

built out in the COVID time when we had all the downtime that people talked about in COVID time,

a lot of time to revamp all of our procedures.

And one of the ones we really focused on was our hiring procedures.

So we literally picked it apart every single step.
