Scripture reading for this morning sermon is found in Romans chapter 5

verses 9 through 11

Much more than having been justified by his blood.

We shall be saved from the wrath of God through him.

For if while we were enemies, we were reconciled to God through the death of his son,

much more having been reconciled to God through the death of his son, much more. Having been reconciled, we shall be saved

by his life. And not only this, but we also exult in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have now received the

reconciliation. Lord we could just pack it up and go home right now there's been so much

wonderful truth sung to us and bias. But you have one more word to say to us from these two verses that

we're going to talk about here and my heart's cry is that you would say it with heart opening power like you did to

Lazarus. Lazarus, come forth and the dead man obeyed.

Lord speak like that this morning, I pray to all of us for while some are spiritually dead others are dead-like and

sleeping in their Christian walk wake in us, show us yourself.

Make yourself loved like we've never loved you before,

and obeyed and glorified. and

glorified. In Jesus, I pray,

Amen.

Our focus is on just two verses now this morning,

verses 9 and 10 in Romans 5.

Next week, verse 11. There are four great realities in these two verses. Three of them you could

call Christmas presents from God to you and one of them is the description of the reason why you need the Christmas presence.
