market with an asking price of 6.1 million dollars. This luxury slice of real estate

is owned currently by former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani. But that property, or the money from that property,

to be more specific, may soon be in the hands of former Fulton County

election workers Ruby Freeman and Shay Moss.

You likely remember Ruby Freeman and Shay Moss for their incredibly emotional testimony

before the House January 6th Committee.

That's when they described how a conspiracy theory

about them somehow altering votes in the 2020 election

and amplified by Giuliani and fed to Trump,

who amplified it even more.

They described how that conspiracy theory turned the wrath of Trump's supporters against the

two women and ruined their lives.

Today the jury in Ruby Freeman and Shay Moss's civil defamation case against Rudy Giuliani that started, that jury started deliberating.

In August, the judge overseeing the case awarded a that jury started deliberating.

In August, the judge overseeing the case

awarded a default judgment to Freeman and Moss

on the actual issue of defamation.

So that part has already been decided.

Giuliani did defame Ruby Freeman and Shay Moss.
