And there has been a ton of movement in the two sprawling criminal investigations into

former president Donald Trump, ones that are being conducted by special counsel Jack Smith.

Those two investigations are, of course, Trump's squirreling away of classified documents

at his Mar-a-Lago Beach Club, and Trump's efforts to subvert American democracy and overturn

Today, eagle-eyed NBC reporters spotted conservative activist Tom Fitton going into the DC Federal

Courthouse for those grand juries meet, along with a DOJ prosecutor who works for the

special counsel.

Fitton is the president of Judicial Watch, the ultra conservative outfit that enjoys

suing the federal government to, quote unquote, stop government corruption.

Now we do not know which grand jury, Tom Fitton, who is a close Trump ally, which one he

And that's because Tom Fitton has the dubious distinction of being of interest to prosecutors

On the January 6th, front just a few days before the election, Tom Fitton drafted a statement

hadn't actually happened yet.
