Hey there, welcome to another episode of The Shocking Details.

I am Joe, as always, joined by Caldoni.

And we are here to talk about another shocking story.

This is a shocking story that actually has several shocking episodes spending many years

of time.

It does, yeah.

Yeah, yeah.

It's really almost sort of three stories or something.

Yeah, but revolving around one thing.

It starts on a ship.

We like our ship stories, right?

The ship was actually, it was a very large ship, but it was also a ferry, so it took on cars and trucks and stuff like that.

So it was on an overnight run between Sweden and Finland.

A little after 1 a.m. and there's a storm on, but, you know, nothing huge, nothing to panic about, just a squall.

People are mostly below decks.

There are some of the bars and nightclubs and restaurants aboard the ship.

This was a big ship, but a lot of people are also asleep. And then it starts.

It's almost an explosion, an enormous banging noise, like metal on metal. That came from deep

inside the ship, up towards the bow of the ship. Crew hears it passengers here, it wakes people up.

A crew member goes forward and inspects and sees nothing. But then everything kind of went south.
