0:04.7	we're going to be talking about the very fun topic of nuclear war. You know, it's good to start your day with a panic attack.
0:10.4	It gets your metabolism boosted. But when it comes to this issue, of course, two countries have hog the spotlight in recent years.
0:17.0	Kim Jong-un announcing a new goal today, mass-producing nuclear warheads and ballistic missiles.
0:23.8	Tonight new intelligence from the United Nations appears to show Kim Jong-un is taking
0:28.1	evasive action to protect his weapons.
0:30.4	Iran has another secret facility in Tehran.
0:34.0	Well tonight I'm here to tell you one thing.
0:37.0	Iran lied.
0:40.0	Big time.
0:41.0	I would advise Iran not to start their nuclear program. I would advise
0:45.6	that very strongly. But this consistent focus on North Korea and Iran has
0:48.9	diverted attention away from what some fear is the beginning of a new nuclear
0:52.2	arms race. And this is largely due to the the beginning of a new nuclear arms race.
0:52.8	And this is largely due to the recent suspension of a landmark international nuclear
0:56.2	treaty between two of the world's biggest superpowers, which is something that we're going to get
0:59.7	into in a minute.
1:00.7	But first let's look at the state of the world's nuclear powers.
1:03.3	Along with North Korea, eight other countries currently possess nuclear weapons. You have
1:06.8	Russia, the United States, France, China, the UK, Pakistan, India, and Israel, which has never
1:11.6	officially admitted to having nuclear weapons but is widely believed to possess them.
1:15.2	But of all of those nations two countries have by far the most you have Russia and the United States.
